System messaging allows you to send messages to other system users within AgileCase. In order to access messaging click your username and select "Messages" in the dropdown menu.
Inbox
This will take you to your inbox where you can view and messages sent to you as well as any of your sent items and your recycle bin.
To read a message click the hyperlinked content under the "Subject" heading.
Viewing a message
When viewing a message you can see the message in full. In order to reply, click the "Reply" button, this will take you to the message composition window where you can write out your reply.
