This lesson will show you how to deactivate a contact, removing them from your AgileCase system.

 

Select the "Set Inactive" Option

 

 

To remove a contact from AgileCase, navigate to their contact page and click the "Edit" button. This will trigger a dropdown menu. On this menu, select "Set Inactive". This will remove the contact from your AgileCase system and send them to the recovery bin. To recover a contact and reinstate them to your system, follow the lesson here.
