Templates provide you with a massive opportunity to streamline your business processes.
The templates you create will be automatically populated with data by AgileCase which means you will not have to populate any information yourself. Additionally, document templates can be imported to e-mail templates, allowing you to carry out a transition to a paperless process without having to create the same template twice.
How to create templates
Templates are created using simple Mustache templates within AgileCase. This allows you to pick data out of your AgileCase system and use it to populate templates.
