This function will explain the note search function in AgileCase.
Searching Notes
Notes created in AgileCase will not be detected in a general search of the system However, our note search functionality allows you to search through any notes you have created on the system.
By entering a search term then clicking "Search Notes" the system will sort through all of the notes you have created for the relevant word or phrase.
The headings beneath the search box allow you to sort how your results are filtered.
Once you have found the note you are looking for, clicking "Go To Note" will take you to the note within the relevant case page.
