What is two factor authentication?

Two Factor Authentication allows you to greatly increase the security of your AgileCase accounts. It links your account to an app on your smartphone which generates codes that expire after a short period.

When you go to log in to AgileCase, you will be prompted to enter the current code on the app as well as your password.

This boosts the security of your account as the two sources, you password and the code from your smartphone, are separated- if one is compromised then the other shall still prevent an intruder from accessing your account.

Currently, two factor authentication is free on AgileCase, but in the future it will become a premium feature with additional charges.
