This lesson covers the process of signing up to AgileCase as well as pricing information.

Accessing Payment Information

 

You can access your payment information at any time by clicking the button under the "My Company" heading in the settings menu.

Ordering AgileCase

 

Once you are finished with your free trial and are ready to sign up to AgileCase, click the "Order Now" button. This will take you to our secure payment page where you can order your AgileCase subscription.

Pricing Information

 

AgileCase pricing is tailored to your company whatever the size.

Your subscription is based on the number of users on your system and is paid monthly. You will pay a set fee for each admin user on the system and a lesser amount for each standard user.

For each admin user you will receive a set amount of document storage space and each account has a set amount of client connect users.

The total monthly cost of your subscription will be updated as you add new users to your system throughout your trial.

Payment

 

Upon choosing to order a AgileCase subscription, you will be taken to our FastSpiring page. This will allow you to process a secure payment.

Payment summary

 

After signing up to AgileCase you will be able to view your detailed payment information. This will break down the total you owe each month as well as reminding you of your next billing date.

Optional features

 

On the payment information page you can also enable optional features by clicking the tab. this allows you to enable text message support and Veriphy ID check.

Verphy is an external service that allows you to carry out ID checks on your contacts to ensure they are legitimate.
