This lesson will describe the functionality of the "Audit" tab in a case.
The audit tab
The audit tab allows you to view all of the activities carried out in a case along with the user responsible and the date and time of the action.
As the name suggests, this allows an administrator to quickly and efficiently audit a case as every action carried out by each user will be clearly listed along with a timescale for their work.
