This lesson will show you how to invite clients to view their own cases in SaasCase using the client connect functionality.
Access Client Connect
Client connect allows you to let your clients view their own cases in SaasCase.
This works by sending them an invite that allows them to create a restricted access login that can only view those cases that they are client of and that are enabled for client connect.
In order to view which clients are enabled for client connect, click the "Client Connect" button on the settings menu under "User Admin". To invite a contact to client connect, you must navigate to their contact page.
Inviting a client
To invite a client to client connect, click the green "Enable Client Connect" button under their name. This will send an invite email with a hyperlink they must follow in order to create their account.
Client invited
Once a client has been invited the "Enable Client Connect" button will dissapear and be replaced with a message informing you that the client has already been invited.
