14.2 Sharing a Calendar
The lesson will show you how to share a calendar with another AgileCase user.
Access the calendars page
To share a calendar, you must first access the calendars page.
To do so, click the "Calendars" button on the settings menu under "System Settings".
Select "Share with User"
To share the calendar, first select the calendar you want to share from (1) the dropdown menu. Then open the "Options" dropdown and click (2) "Share with User".
Fill out the user details
You will now be prompted to select a use and choose their permissions. Permissions allow you to choose whether the user can edit the calendar or only view it.
When you have filled out the relevant details, click "Share" to share the calendar with the specified user.
Calendar shared
Your calendar has now been shared with the selected user.
The user and their permissions will now be listed under the "Calendar Sharing" heading.
