Custom Connections

Alongside our powerful built-in reporting tools AgileCase v2 also offers the ability to create one or more "Custom Connections" on your account

With this feature, our support team can help tailor our reporting solution to meet any unique needs you may have. A Custom Connection can be useful if you have really advanced criteria or data manipulation requirements which are difficult to achieve with the built-in connections. Custom Connections can also be used to ‘import’ data from other external systems you may use so you can get a complete view of all your operational data directly within AgileCase.

Depending on the complexity of your requirement there may be an additional cost for creating a Custom Connection. Please contact support@agilecase.com to discuss if you think you required a custom connection.
