This lesson will show you how to export your list of tasks from SaasCase in to CSV or PDF files.
Whilst you can view your task list at any time in SaasCase, some may want to export it to another format in order to integrate it with other systems.
In order to export your task list, first click the filter dropdown and select the format you wish to export to. You can export to either PDF or CSV, for use in databases such as Microsoft Excel.
You will now be prompted to filter your task list. You can filter by the date that tasks have been set for and by the user the task was assigned by/to. Once you have set the filters to your preferences, click "Export" to export the file.
The file will now download and can be opened and used at will. This image shows the previous task table in PDF format.
