What is Client Connect?

 

Client connect allows you to give clients restricted access to your SaasCase system allowing them to view their own case and client details.

Your system labels control the client's access to system elements as only that which is marked "Public" will be visible.

This means that the client can view their cases and details within the system but you have total control over which elements they can see.

Advantages of Client Connect

Client connect allows your client to view their information on the system at any time.

This saves time for both you and your client as they are always kept in the loop and are able to view their case at anytime without having to consult with you.

Client connect also allows your client to spot when things are not going to plan so any issues can be quickly flagged and resolved. clients can also upload their own documents to the system, once again removing the need for unnecessary correspondence and saving time on both ends.

This chapter will explain the functionality of client connect and show you the client experience when using it.
