Tasks

Tasks are the individual actions that must be carried out on the system. They can be assigned to individual users allowing you to delegate tasks across they system so you can account for all work done in each case and ensure everything is properly completed.

Activities

The "Activities" tab cover both time and expense entries. Time entries allow users to record the time they have spent working on a case whilst expense entries allow them to account for one off expenses incurred.These are both used in the billing functionality in order to account for the total hours worked and any one off expenses.  

This chapter will detail both of these functions and their use within SaasCase.
