This lesson will show you how to change the order of you custom fields in AgileCase.
Access custom field order
In order to give you maximum control over your system, AgileCase allows you to customize the order in which custom fields are displayed.
To do this, click the "Custom Field Order" button in the settings menu under "Case Type Settings".
Select group type
On the custom field order page you must first select the group type to continue, The group type corresponds to the different group type you are prompted to select when you create a custom field.
Select case type
After selecting the group type you must select the case type to proceed. Select the case type that the custom field group belongs to.
Use the arrows to change the order of custom fields
The custom field groups created for that case type will now be listed. simply use the arrows to change their order on the case page.
View the new order of your custom field groups
On the case page, your custom fields will now be listed after "Milestones" in the order you have chosen. The top of the custom field order list corresponds to the leftmost available option on the case details tab.
