This lesson will show you how to set a case as inactive, removing it from your AgileCase system.
Select "Set Inactive"
In order to set a case as inactive, click the "Edit" button then, on the dropdown menu, select "Set Inactive". Once you have set a case as inactive, it will be moved to the recovery bin. To recovery a case you have deactivated, follow the lesson here.
