One of the key aspects of case management in SaasCase AgileCase is the relationship between practice areas, case types and case plans. How you relate these elements will shape the structure of the system and allow you to customize SaasCase AgileCase to work for your business in your specialist field.

On the practice areas page you will find SaasCaseAgileCase's default practice areas which are aimed at the legal profession. These can be deleted if they are not relevant to your business. In order to create a new practice area, click the "Add Practice" button.
