This lesson will show you how to upload a profile picture to AgileCase.
Default profile picture
The default profile picture on AgileCase is your username initials laid out over the color of your choice. However, you may wish to change this to a more relevant image.
Access the "Profile Picture" page
To access the "Profile picture" page, click the relevant button on the sidebar under the "Personal" heading.
Click "Add picture"
Underneath the default profile picture will be an "Add picture" button. Click this to upload your own image.
Select your image
From here you will be directed to your pictures library. Select the image you wish for your profile picture then click "Open" to choose it.
Upload your image
After selecting your image you will be directed to the an upload page. Simply click "Upload" to upload your image and replace the default profile picture
Removing a profile picture
If you are unhappy with the image you have uploaded. Click "Remove Current Picture" on the "Profile Picture" page to to remove the image and restore the default profile picture.
Your new profile picture
Once you are happy with your profile picture you can navigate away from the "Profile Picture" tab. Your new picture will now be visible on the "My information" page.
