13.2 Generating a Bill
This lesson will show you how to generate a bill in AgileCase.
Adding a bill
Bills are created in AgileCase in order to inform customers that their balance is due to be paid. In order to issue a bill, go to the "Bills" tab on the main toolbar and click "New Bill" to being generating a new bill.
Generating a bill
You can now select the case or customer that you want to bill. Selecting a customer name will generate a bill taking in to account all cases of which they are client. Once you have selected the case or customer you wish to generate a bill for, click "Generate Bill" to create the bill
New bill
The new bill will now be displayed below the others on the billing tab and can be accessed in order to generate invoices and recieve payements.
