13.3 Creating an Invoice


This lesson will show you how to create invoices in AgileCase.

Select a bill

 

To create an invoice, first of all select the bill that you want to create an invoice for.

To select a bill, click the hyperlinked ID number, this will take you to the "Invoice Details" page.

Click "Create Invoice"

 

On the invoice details page you can view the makeup of the invoice and the total fee under the "Fees" tab. In order to go ahead and create the invoice, click the "Create Invoice" button.

Select an invoice and payment term

 

You will now be prompted to select a template and a payment term. You can learn about the invoice template in this lesson. The payment term governs when the bill will be due for payment by the client.

Once you have selected these, click "Create Invoice" to create the invoice.

View the invoice

 

Once you have created an invoice you can view it under the "Invoice" tab on the invoice details page. To download the invoice, click the hyperlinked document name.

Your invoice will download and be presented according to your invoice template, ready to be sent out to your client.
