This lesson will show you how to enable a case for client connect.
Enabling a case on client connect
In order to make a case visible to the client on client connect, you must enable it on the case page. To do this, set the "Visible on Client Connect?" slider to "Yes".
The client will now be able to view any public details of this case from their account.
