4.8 Adding a New Billing Rate

This lesson will show you how to add a new billing rate in AgileCase. Billing rates allow you to generate invoices for you cases so you can easily keep track of your customers payments. You can find out more about the billing system in these lessons.

 

Find the Billing Rates tab on the Settings menu

 

 

In order to create a new billing rate, first of all find the Billing" Rates" tab on the setting menu and click on it to access the billing rates page.

 

Click the "Add Description" Button

 

The billing rates page displays all of the billing rates you have saved on your system. To create a new billing rate click the "Add Description" button.

You can now enter a brief description of the new rate and choose whether it is a flat rate or an hourly. Most importantly, you can set billing rate itself. Once you have finished, click "Save Description" to close the window and save your new billing rate.

Now that your new billing rate is saved, it is ready to be used in your cases.
