This lesson will explain the functionality of the "Quick Add" functionality on the dashboard.

The quick add option on the dashboard provides a shortcut to creating the essential entities in AgileCase.

The available options are: Events, Tasks, Notes, Call Notes, Cases,and contacts, both persons and companies.
