Dropdown

The dropdown custom field allows you to create your own dropdown menu with custom options.

The value field sets the value of the item whilst the text field only controls text, this means that the value field is mandatory and must be filled out in order for the system to function properly.

It is possible to set a value that is different from the title text, this can be useful when creating reports as it allows you to enter more complex values but retain a friendly user interface.

In addition, it is important that you do not duplicate values as this will also prevent the system from working properly.
