1.9 Resetting Your Password

This lesson will show you how to change your password if your original login is lost or forgotten.

 

 

If you need to log in to AgileCase but your password has been lost or forgotten, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" hyperlink.

 

 

 

Clicking this link will take you to the password reset page. Enter the email you use to log in to the system here, then click "Submit". A link to reset your password will be sent to this account.

 

 

 

A notification will confirm that the email you entered is valid and that the password reset link has be sent. The email may take a several minutes to arrive.

If you do not receive the email, try making another password reset request or contact us on support@agilecase.com.

 

 

 

The email you receive will look like this. If you have requested a password reset, click the link to proceed and change your password.

If you did not request a password reset, please ignore the email and contact us directly.

Password reset links are only valid for 12 hours, if this time elapses you must request another link in order to reset your password.

 

 

 

Following the password reset link will take you to this page, which allows you to enter your new password. Enter and confirm your new password then click "Change Password" to complete the password reset.

 

 

 

You will see a notification that your password has been changed successfully. You can now log in to the system using your new password.
