1.3 Entering User Information


This lesson will show you how to enter basic user information in AgileCase.

Access the settings menu

 

To access the settings menu use the dropdown menu below your username and click the appropriate button.

Select the "My Information" tab

 

You will be directed to the "My Information" page by default. If you wish to return to this page after navigating away, select the "My Information" button below the "Personal" heading on the sidebar.

Enter your profile details

 

At the top of the page you can enter your profile details: change your name on the system; enter the User Initials you want to be displayed and edit the color of the default profile picture. Enter your address details

Below the profile details you can enter your user address, phone number and select your timezone from the dropdown menu.

Set your billing rate

 

Underneath the address section are your billing settings. This option allows you to choose your default billing rates. Your billing rate is integrated in to the system and will be used in invoicing; cases that you are involved in and when you open a new case.

Set your theme

 

This option allows you to choose from a range of themes that change the appearance and color palette of your AgileCase system.

Save your information

 

After you have entered your user information, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page to finalize your changes.
