This lesson will explain the functionality of the "Cases" tab on a contacts page.
The "Cases" tab
The "Cases" tab displays any cases in which this contact has been selected to act as client. A case description, practice name and open date are displayed as well as a case number which provides a hyperlink to the appropriate case page.
