This lesson will describe the functionality of the "Notes" tab on a contact page.

The "Notes" tab

 

The "Notes" tab will display any notes saved against the contact. The contact name, date and author name will be displayed along with a short excerpt of text from the note.

You can also create a note from this page, which you can learn to do in this lesson.
