12.5 Expense Entries

This lesson will describe the functionality of the expense entries on the "Activities" page and explain the purpose of expense entries in AgileCase.

Accessing expense entries

 

 

To access the expense entries page, select the "Activities Tab" on the main toolbar and click the "Time & Expense Entries" button below.

The activities page contains all of the expense entries made on the system as well as the option to add a new expense, which is covered in this lesson.

This page allows you to quickly review all of the expenses claimed by users on your system.

what are expense entries?

 

Expense entries are used to record any one off expenses, for example a fixed fee case or travel expenses, claimed on the system.

A user can enter a description and an amount as well as the relevant tax rate and it will be logged against the case for use in invoicing.
