1.2 The Startup Wizard

 

This lesson will walk you through the Startup Wizard that is displayed when you first log on to AgileCase. The Wizard allows you to enter some basic information and invite users to the system so you can hit the ground running and begin opening cases as soon as you are registered.

The first message you will be presented with is a welcome to AgileCase. To proceed with the wizard, click the "About Your Company" button.

 

 

 

Company Information

 

 

The next page allows you to enter some basic information about your company. You can add a company name and select the country that your company is based in, this allows the system to set timezones and other localization settings such as currency and some vocabulary options.

You can also invite your team to AgileCase by entering their email addresses in the text box. This allows for quick migration on to AgileCase.

Once you have finished click either "About Your Work" to continue with the wizard or "Exit this Wizard" to close the window and begin using AgileCase.

Work Information

 

 

The work information page allows you to select an example tailored towards your industry that can be tweaked to suit the specific requirements of your business. 

Currently we only offer a template for law firms, but more templates, aimed at a variety of industries, will be made available in the near future.

Once you have selected your template, Click "Lets Go!" to progress to the final page of the wizard.

You are now ready to start using AgileCase. If you have any queries you can contact us using the "get in touch" link on this page or by consulting the rest of this documentation.

Now, just click "Close this window" to exit the wizard and take control of your AgileCase system.
