3.2 Disabling a User

This lesson will show you how to disable a user that you have added to Agilecase.
Access the "Users" page
In order to disable a user, you must first access the "Users" page by clicking the button in the settings menu.
Click "Disable"
To disable a user and block their access to the system, click the red "Disable" button opposite their name.
The user is now disabled
When you have disabled a user they will be unable to log in to Agilecase.
Enabling a user
If you want to reinstate a user that has been disabled, you must re-enable them. To enable a user click the green "Enable" button. They will now be reinstated to the system.
