3.7 Setting a Group as Inactive

This lesson will show you how to delete set a group you have created in AgileCase as inactive, and move it to the recovery bin.
Access the "Groups" page
The first step is to access the groups page. To do this click the "Groups" button under "User Admin" in the settings menu.
Set Inactive
In order to delete a group, click "Set Inactive" in the dropdown menu.
Confirm your choice
You will then be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the group. Click "OK" to proceed and set it as inactive.
Group deleted
The group has now been deleted. If you want to recover a group you have previously set inactive you can do so from the recovery bin which you can learn about here.
