3.5 Removing Users from a Group

This Lesson will show you how to remove a user from a group.
Access the "Groups" page
To remove a user from a group you must access the "Groups" page, to do so click the "Groups" button in the settings menu.
Select a group
Select the group that you want to remove the user from by clicking its name.
Remove the user
To remove a user click the dropdown button and then select "Remove".
Confirm
You will then be prompted to confirm that you want to remove the user. Click the "OK" button to proceed or click "Cancel" if you no longer want to remove them.
User removed
The user has now been removed from the group. They will no longer be able to access the case types related to the group.
