5.14 Displaying Group Labels in Custom Field Groups

This lesson will show you how to display group labels with your custom field groups.
Check "Show Group Label"
When creating a custom field group you will notice an option "Show Group Label". This allows you to display the custom field group title below the toolbar on the case or contact screen.
To do this, simply check the box beside "Show Group Label".

With the group label displayed, an additional title will be displayed below the toolbar.
Group label hidden
With the group label hidden, the additional title will not be shown.
