5.2 Deleting a Practice Area

This lesson will show you how to delete a practice area in AgileCase.

Go to the practice areas page

To delete a practice area, first navigate to the practice areas page by clicking the icon on the settings menu under "Case Type Settings".

Set as inactive

To delete a practice area, click the "Set inactive" button on the dropdown menu opposite the practice area. If you want to recover a delete practice area click here to find out how.
