10.3 The Client Tab


The lesson will describe the functionality of the "Client" tab in a case.

Client tab

 

The client tab lists the details of the contact that is allocated as the client of the case.

These details will be imported from the contact page, which you can read about here.

Adding contact information

 

You can also add additional contact information without having to navigate away from the case and on to the contact page.

The "Add Contact Info" dropdown allows you to add; addresses, phone numbers, e-mails, instant messaging contact information and web addresses.
