10.10 Previewing a Document

This lesson will show you how to preview a document you have created in AgileCase.

Opening a document preview

 

It is possible to preview any documents created in AgileCase. This allows you to view your documents before downloading them to a local computer.

To preview a document, open the relevant dropdown menu and click the "Preview" button.

The document preview will open in a new window. This allows you to view that document as it will appear when downloaded.

Once you have finished previewing your document, click the "Close" button to close the preview and continue using the system.
